    Be patient, kind, and humble to everyone. No keeping score.

    There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Each project, each person, and each case is unique and treated with special care.

    Be friendly without being cute or naive. We're running a business, but we're people too!

    Don't fake it til you make it. Find, become, or be bold as the expert.

    Airheads and inflated egos only slow us down.

    Create a balance of freedom and process. Guardrails keep us on the track, but too much red tape and you can't move. Going too extreme in either direction ends in a violent snap.

    Adventure and discovery is expected and sought after.

    Stand tall and have a strong backbone. Always share your opinions, and don't be afraid to be wrong.

    Fear can either paralyze you or be an immensely powerful motivating force. Embrace what makes you uneasy and come out on the other side a refined person.

  18. Go the speed limit.

    Avoid rash decisions, unnecessary pivots, and burnout. Move forward at a steady and sustainable pace.

  19. Celebrate good times, cmon!

    Never forget the wins, no matter how big or small! We wouldn't be here today without them. Keep a record of all milestones.
